Neolithic complex of Göbekli Tepe The archaeological complex of Göbekli Tepe, located in Turkey, gradually obtains the increasing worldwide popularity. The location of this ancient complex was known among the archaeologists since the 1960s, however, the Turkish government did not allow any excavations in it for a long time.
